Description
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking to procure a 36-month contract for OpenText License Renewal for Rightfax. The contract will be awarded to a certified small business vendor, and only SBR Master Contractors awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) are eligible to submit a bid. The scope of work includes the procurement of RightFax Prime Protect, Fax Gateway, and other related software maintenance services. The evaluation criteria will be based on conformance with the scope and price.
• The contract term is 36 months, starting from March 1, 2026, and ending on February 28, 2029.
• The contractor must provide all agreements and terms and conditions expected to be signed or to be subject to in connection with the products or services provided.
• The contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
• The contractor must furnish all physical copies of agreements referenced and incorporated in primary documents.
• The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
