Description
The Department of the Army is seeking a Colposcope with Vertical Stand for the Department of Gynecological Surgery and Obstetric, Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) Fort Sam Houston, TX. The Colposcope must have a Sony Exmor CMOS sensor with 1-30x optical and up to 120x digital zoom, an anti-glare lens, dual LED cold light rows, and a 360-degree camera rotation. The device must be compatible with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and have a portable battery with up to 4.5-5 hours of battery-powered operation. The contract requires the delivery of 4 units by March 20, 2026.
• The Colposcope must meet the salient characteristics specified in the solicitation.
• The offeror must provide a written capability statement, such as product literature, to demonstrate that the proposed product meets the technical requirements.
• The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have no active exclusions.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible contractor whose quote meets or exceeds the minimum technical requirements and provides fair and reasonable pricing.
