Spanish & Arabic Training Material Translation

The Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) is seeking a contractor to provide Spanish and Arabic training material translation services. The contractor will be responsible for translating training materials according to the plans submitted in the Statement of Work. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the contractor will be required to submit requests for payment on a monthly basis. The contractor will also be required to maintain source documentation to support all payment requests and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to accessibility and employment eligibility verification. Some key aspects of the job include: • Translating training materials into Spanish and Arabic • Submitting requests for payment on a monthly basis • Maintaining source documentation to support payment requests • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations • Participating in Department of Early Childhood sponsored meetings • Completing a sub-recipient performance report and assessment survey • Reporting critical incidents involving children or families • Complying with mandatory reporting requirements for suspected child abuse and neglect
