Description
The Judicial Council of California seeks up to five qualified providers to deliver comprehensive court‑interpreter education and training for participants in the California Court Interpreter Workforce Pilot Program. Services include curriculum development and delivery (online live, self‑paced, in‑person, or hybrid) for written, bilingual, oral, and ASL interpreter credentialing exams, participant registration and management, certification issuance, and monthly reporting. All digital content must meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and ADA requirements, and the contractor must provide 24/7 support, adhere to a single firm‑fixed hourly instructional rate, and submit bulk‑discount pricing. The contract spans an initial one‑year term with two optional one‑year extensions, funded by a $6.8 million pilot program budget (estimated $3.6 million total for this contract).
