Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to Roxtec Services US, LLC for the Roxtec Transit Operate (RTO) system subscription service. The required services include penetration inspection services, registry development and maintenance within the RTO system, and access to Roxtec technical support. The contract will have a one-year base ordering period and four subsequent one-year ordering periods.
• The RTO software platform, associated inspection records, technical support services, and proprietary system data are owned and maintained exclusively by Roxtec Services US, LLC.
• The contract will support NOAA vessels with installed Roxtec cable and transit sealing systems.
• Interested parties can submit a statement of capabilities, which will be considered by NOAA if received timely.
