Red Hat Subscription Renewal

The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking bids for the renewal of Red Hat subscriptions. The selected vendor must be an authorized Red Hat reseller and provide all required products and services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, and the vendor must provide standard support, including web and phone support, with response times based on severity levels. The vendor must also provide invoicing information, including the name and address of the MHBE, contractor name, products and services purchased, and federal taxpayer identification number. • The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. • The vendor must submit a bid form, bid/proposal affidavit, and federal funds attachment. • The MHBE reserves the right to cancel the IFB, accept or reject any and all bids, and waive or permit cure of minor irregularities. • The contract will commence on the date of full execution by the parties and will run for 12 months. • The contractor must provide services upon receipt of a written notice to proceed. • The MHBE will pay the contractor in accordance with the terms of the contract and at the prices quoted in the bid.
