Design-Build Services - Cheyenne Readiness Center Complex Microgrid Project - Wyoming Military Department

The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking a design-build contractor for the Cheyenne Readiness Center Complex Microgrid Project. The project involves designing and constructing a secure microgrid system, including a 1-megawatt photovoltaic solar array, 4 megawatts of natural gas generators, and a 300kW/300kWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The system will provide redundant electrical loads and 9,500 million BTU geothermal field for HVAC loads. The contractor will be selected through a two-phase RFQ/RFP process, with the first phase involving the submission of statements of qualification. The project has a preliminary budget of $51,000,000.
