Description
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service intends to award a non-competitive, sole sourced purchase order to RedOne Medical Devices LLC for podiatric surgeon supplies. The contractor will deliver surgery-related Acumed Kits on an as-needed basis to the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Healthcare Facility (CCHCF), Operating Room Department. The contractor will invoice only for the used kit supplies and provide an order confirmation and packing slips to document all orders, deliveries, and returns. The period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award.
* The contractor shall deliver the Acumed Kit, which includes instrumentation and implants.
* The contractor shall invoice only for the used kit supplies.
* The contractor shall provide an order confirmation and packing slips to document all orders, deliveries, and returns.
* The contractor shall deliver within 1-2 days.
* The contractor shall plan timely deliveries and the pickup of supplies that need to be returned.
