Urban Design and Planning Services

The City of Norfolk is seeking qualified firms to provide urban design and planning services for various potential public and private projects throughout the City. The services may include planning and urban design, public meetings, small area plans, design and pattern books, preliminary site evaluations, and other related tasks. The contract will be for a term of five years.
