Oak Street Ramp Repairs

The University of Minnesota is seeking a contractor to provide construction services for structural repairs at the Oak Street Ramp, located on the east bank of the Twin Cities campus. The scope of work includes full depth patches, column and beam ledge repairs, chain link fencing installation, and traffic coatings at repair locations. The project has a total construction budget of $620,000 and must be substantially complete by September 15, 2026. The contractor will be selected based on their proposal, which must include information on their team's qualifications, project approach, schedule, and cost. The university reserves the right to contact any noted references, consider other references, or consider the respondent's documented past performance at the university. • The contractor must provide a lump sum base bid cost for the project. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance and payment and performance bonds that meet the university's requirements. • The contractor must comply with the prevailing wage rate requirements for this project. • The contractor must provide a 5-year joint and several warranty for the waterproof polyurethane deck-coatings. • The contractor must be a licensed applicator of the Masterseal 2500 System and provide documentation from BASF.
