Description
The Prince George's Community College is seeking a Construction Management Agent/Owner's Representative to provide professional and comprehensive construction phase administrative services for the Dr. Charlene Mickens Dukes Student Center. The selected contractor will be responsible for construction management services, including cost estimating, cost control, and quality assurance. The contractor must have at least 10 years of experience in providing CMa services and have completed at least three projects with a value of $75M-$100M. The contract term is expected to be 36 months, and the contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation.
