Description
The State of Wyoming is seeking bids for one (1) WP04NA Certified Liquid Propane Gas Generator Set on Skid Frame. The bid submission deadline is March 28, 2025, at 4:00:00 PM EDT. Bidders must submit their bids through the Public Purchase online bidding system. The State of Wyoming reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technical defect in the bids. The successful bidder will be required to agree to and execute a formal contract with the State containing terms required by the Attorney General.
• The generator set must be certified to WP04NA standards.
• Bids should be signed by the proper official of the firm.
• Bids should be uploaded on the Public Purchase online bidding system.
• The State of Wyoming will ensure that minority business enterprises are afforded full opportunity to submit bids.
• The bidder must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Wyoming Fair Employment Practices Act.
