Make-Up Water Critical Spare Parts

The Lansing Board of Water and Light (BWL) is soliciting proposals for the purchase of spare parts associated with the continued maintenance of their Make-Up Water System. The BWL is looking for a provider to supply parts for inventory/consignment, and the proposal will be evaluated based on overall cost, lead time, freight cost, and past performance. The scope of work includes providing OEM provider, unit of measure, price, lead time, and recommended stock quantity for the spare parts. Key considerations for this project include the ability to provide high-quality spare parts, meet lead time requirements, and offer competitive pricing. • The BWL is a municipally owned electric utility in Michigan, serving approximately 100,000 residential, commercial, and industrial customers. • The BWL owns and operates an electric system, water wells, raw water transmission system, water conditioning facilities, and an extensive water distribution system. • The BWL has a total operating revenue of $440,962,055 for Fiscal Year 2024. • The proposal must be submitted through IonWave, and the BWL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
