NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO FREQUENTIS DEFENSE INC FOR nine(9) MATCALS System Voice C2 Communications Systems Support

The Navy intends to sole source a contract to Frequentis Defense Inc. for nine MATCALS System Voice C2 Communications Systems Support. The contract is expected to provide support for the MATCALS system, which is used for voice command and control communications. • The contract will be for nine MATCALS systems • The systems will provide voice C2 communications support • The contract is a sole source award to Frequentis Defense Inc. • The Navy has determined that Frequentis Defense Inc. is the only source that can provide the required support for the MATCALS system.
