Description
The Bulloch County Schools (BCS) is seeking a vendor to replace existing heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) controls at Brooklet Elementary School and Mill Creek Elementary School. The objective is to identify and select a vendor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to BCS in replacing existing controllers and related infrastructure by providing automatic control of the building’s HVAC systems to achieve indoor comfort and management of operating costs by controlling energy consumption. The scope of work includes providing a turn-key solution, including all audit, engineering, design, inspection, and permitting fees, as well as all materials, equipment, labor, insurance, bonding, disposal, freight, warranties, and other costs.
• The vendor shall provide a written proposal with a separate cost for each location.
• The vendor shall provide a base bid amount and an ethernet cable installation cost for each location.
• The vendor shall provide a total bid amount for each location, including the base bid and ethernet cable installation.
• The vendor shall provide a turn-key solution, including all necessary materials, equipment, and labor.
• The vendor shall provide a server(s) if necessary.
• The vendor shall provide peak demand limiting at each location.
• The vendor shall provide setpoint temperatures to be controlled within a specific adjustable range.
• The vendor shall provide system commissioning by device.
• The vendor shall provide customizable scheduling of HVAC during varied times/dates as determined by BCS.
