High Quality Printing School of Management Buffalo Business Magazine

The University at Buffalo is seeking a contractor to provide high-quality printing services for the School of Management's semiannual magazine, Buffalo Business. The contract will be for a period of 18 months, with three issues to be printed: Spring 2026, Fall 2026, and Spring 2027. The contractor will be responsible for providing complete page layout and printing services, including pre-press, printing, and binding. The university requires that the contractor have relevant experience in providing similar services to higher education institutions. • The contractor must provide a narrative demonstrating relevant experience and success with services of similar magnitude and scope. • The contractor must provide at least three client references of work performed of a similar scope and nature for similarly sized institutions in the higher education sector. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws relating to industry, labor, and employment. • The contractor must provide a pricing page with a breakdown of costs for the base price, upcharges for additional copies, and other services.
