The University of Alaska is seeking quotes for the renovation of the Hugh McPeck Gallery located at the Consortium Library. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, and equipment for the renovation in accordance with construction drawings by NorthForm Architecture. The project is expected to start upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and be completed by August 21, 2026. • The renovation will be done according to the construction drawings by NorthForm Architecture dated May 20, 2026. • A pre-bid conference will be held on June 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM. • Alternate brand requests are due on June 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM. • Questions are due on June 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM. • Quotes are due on June 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM. • Payment and performance bonds are required for all construction projects over $100,000. • The project is subject to the State of Alaska Prevailing Wage Determination.
