Early Learning Coalition of Miami‑Dade/Monroe is seeking a qualified vendor to provide enterprise‑level network support and hosting services for its statewide early‑learning programs. The contractor will be responsible for managing and maintaining the coalition’s data networks, providing secure hosting for applications and services, and delivering ongoing technical support and performance monitoring. This effort is intended to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure across the coalition’s offices and facilities.
• Scope includes network troubleshooting, firewall management, VPN configuration, and 24/7 help‑desk support.
• Hosting services cover web, email, and application servers, with requirements for data backup, disaster‑recovery, and compliance with state security standards.
