Description
The City of Dunwoody is seeking a qualified firm to provide program management support services on an as-needed basis. The selected firm will help deliver capital improvement projects with quality and efficiency. Projects may include building construction and renovation, development of new parks, installation of park facilities, and replacement of major building components. The firm will provide services such as budget and schedule management, project delivery coordination, systems and records management, communications support, pre-construction services, procurement and bid support, construction services, and post-construction and closeout services.
• The contract term is one year, with the option for renewal.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate scope, rates, and NTE with the selected firm.
• The firm must provide a sufficient number of qualified personnel to effectively carry out responsibilities.
• The firm must name a representative to serve as the City's primary communication contact.
• The firm must provide weekly status updates, monthly cost and schedule reports, and other deliverables as specified in the task order.
