Promotional Items and Print Vendor Pool

Eastern Washington University is seeking qualified vendors to provide promotional items and print services. The selected vendors will be part of a pre-qualified "Vendor Pool" and will be awarded contracts to provide services outlined in the solicitation. The scope of work includes producing items listed in Exhibit A. Vendors must submit a proposal that includes a letter of submittal, qualifications, and quotations. The evaluation process will consider the vendor's qualifications, project approach, work plan, and pricing. • The contract will be for a period of 90 days for acceptance by EWU from the due date for receipt of proposals. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and university policies. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance and maintain insurance coverage throughout the contract period. • The vendor must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and provide services that are accessible to individuals with disabilities. • The vendor must not discriminate against any individual based on race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, or disability.
