Description
The School District of Philadelphia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a broad array of promotional, print, apparel, mailing, and related services under a multi‑year contract. Proposers must submit a pricing methodology and a general price list, and the District prefers (but does not require) that production be complemented by a local Philadelphia‑area fulfillment partner. MWBE participation can be satisfied by the prime contractor or through certified subcontractors, with the District accepting any recognized certification program. The base contract runs through June 30 2030 with up to three optional one‑year renewals, allowing a maximum term of seven years.
