Utility Billing Customer Portal

The Town of Cary is seeking a new Utility Billing Customer Portal to serve its water utility customers. The portal should be cloud-based, scalable, and provide an exceptional citizen experience. The selected firm will be responsible for the purchase, installation, support, and integration services required for the new portal. The project components include kickoff and product delivery roadmap, customer portal desired features, integration with Cary's business systems, startup services and support, and deliverables. The town is looking for a firm with experience in customer portal implementation and Oracle CCS. • Customer portal features: ease of use, basic service and payment functions, unique customer support, customer communications, and integration with Cary's business systems. • Project timeline: approximately 4 to 6 months after contract signing. • Evaluation criteria: experience with customer portal implementation, team organization, project understanding, customer portal features, and cost proposal.
