Service and maintenance of the AmeriWater Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment System and VIQUA Ultraviolet {UV) Water Disinfection System at the Naval Medical Center San Diego

The Naval Medical Center San Diego requires service and maintenance of the AmeriWater Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment System and VIQUA Ultraviolet (UV) Water Disinfection System for the Ophthalmology Department. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four option years. The contractor will be responsible for testing and maintaining the systems to meet AAMI ST-108 standards for water quality. • The contractor must provide a capabilities statement demonstrating their technical capability to perform the required services. • The contractor must provide past performance information for two recent and relevant projects. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price quote for all contract line-item numbers (CLINs). • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with the appropriate NAICS code and completed representations and certifications.
