Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking a sole source firm-fixed price delivery order for brand name, proprietary, commercial-off-the-shelf CargoMax software support renewal. The software will be used to support the United States Navy Military Sealift Command (MSC). The period of performance is from the date of award through February 10, 2027. The contractor must provide completed pricing and FAR and DFAR representations in response to this RFQ. The contractor must also have a valid System for Award Management registration.
• The software must be from the Original Equipment Manufacturer or the authorized reseller of the OEM.
• The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items.
• The contractor must report the unique item identifier information as part of the Material Inspection and Receiving Report.
• The contractor must ensure that the delivered items conform to the applicable Section 508 requirements.
