Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract to eVerbatim Inc.

The U.S. Property & Fiscal Office for Minnesota (USPFO-MN) intends to award a sole source contract to eVerbatim Inc. for the provision of EVAS Court Reporting Recording Kits. The kits are required to meet military requirements set forth in AR 27-10 and must integrate the required Eclipse software. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed-price contract. * The EVAS Court Reporting Recording Kits are used for court trial recordings and data analysis. * The kits must be able to produce legal transcripts in a complete, end-to-end solution that converts speech to text in real-time with or without continuous commercial internet connection. * The kits must be in compliance with AR 27-10, which prescribes the policies and procedures pertaining to the administration of military justice. * The contract is expected to be awarded to eVerbatim Inc. as they are the sole-source provider of the required Eclipse software and the only vendor that can provide a complete system that meets the Army's requirements.
