IBAS 2.8 with 2nd Gen FLIR Kits, Sole Source to DRS

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is requesting a proposal from DRS Network & Imaging Systems, LLC for the IBAS 2.8 with 2nd Gen FLIR Kits. The proposal should include range pricing for FY26 and FY27, with applicable price breaks, and the offeror shall certify at the Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) level. The award will be placed on the existing subsumable contract SPRRA220D0012 in support of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle. Key points to consider: • The proposal should include a summary schedule and fully supportable cost data. • The offeror shall provide range pricing for FY26 and FY27. • The proposal should include a description of the value-added provided by DRS as related to the work to be performed by the subcontractor(s). • The offeror shall identify and address all actual or potential Organizational Conflicts of Interests (OCIs). • The proposal should include a complete Proposal Adequacy Checklist located in DFARS 252.215-7009 for offers over the TINA threshold.
