Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Los Angeles District, is conducting market research to identify prime contractors capable of designing and constructing an Airborne Equipment and Parachute Repair Shop at Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. The project will be solicited as a design-build to budget project, with a target budget ceiling of $8,200,000. The scope of work includes designing and constructing a 13,000 SF facility with temperature and humidity-controlled storage and inspection areas, as well as site work, structural provisions for a government-furnished crane, and installation of facility systems. Interested prime contractors should respond to the Sources Sought notice, providing information on their firm's capabilities, experience, and qualifications.
