IFB #1195584 - Window and Surface Glass Cleaning on an as needed basis

The Montgomery County Government is seeking vendors to provide on-call, as-needed comprehensive interior and exterior window and glass cleaning services at nine County facilities, as well as on-call, as-needed pressure washing services at all County facilities. The contract will be awarded to a vendor registered in the Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP). The vendor will be required to provide management, supervision, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, specified supplies, cleaning products, and other incidentals as needed. • The services will be provided on an as-needed basis, with the vendor being called upon to perform work as required. • The contract will include interior and exterior window and glass cleaning services, as well as pressure washing services. • The vendor will be required to register with the Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP) to be eligible for the contract. • The solicitation is being issued through BidNet's Maryland Purchasing Group, and registration is required to participate.
