Dell PowerEdge Server for GED Lab

The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking a Dell PowerEdge Server for the GED Lab. The solicitation is limited to Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012. The contract will be awarded to the Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors. The scope of work includes the purchase of one Dell PowerEdge Server. The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The contractor must also include a detailed description of the required services and deliverables. Some key points to consider are: • The contract is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible for the award. • The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer named in Section 1. • The state reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity to the extent limited by funding. • The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP. • The contractor must allow for pricing provided in response to this PORFP to be valid for at least 90 days after the set due date above.
