PROJECT #1432 - ON-CALL DESIGN CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR CONDUIT INFRASTRUCTURE AND ASSOCIATED PROJECTS

The City of Baltimore is seeking on-call design consultant services for conduit infrastructure and associated projects. The scope of services includes civil engineering, traffic engineering, utility engineering, and related work for the Baltimore City Conduit System. The selected firms will be required to demonstrate experience in preparing plans, specifications, and other contract documents for improvement on the City Conduit system. The City intends to select two firms for a period of three years, with an option to extend for two one-year additional terms at the City's discretion, for a fee not to exceed $2,000,000.00 for each selected firm. • The scope of services may include providing on-site project management and/or inspectors, staff support, GIS support, and other miscellaneous tasks for various Capital Improvement Projects. • The selected firms must demonstrate experience in civil, utility, and traffic engineering, as well as streetscape/landscape. • The firms must also demonstrate the capacity and resources to deliver the required services on time. • The City encourages firms that have the experience and capacity to work on this professional services contract to submit proposals.
