Notice of Intent (NOI) to Sole Source AND Request for Information (RFI)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Detroit District, intends to sole source a portion of the 9-Mile Pump Station construction contract to Rockwell Automation for the brand-name requirement of Allen-Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). The contractor or subcontractors will be responsible for purchasing and installing the PLCs. The USACE is seeking feedback from industry through a Request for Information (RFI) process.
