Consulting and Engineering Design Services for Closure Plan Revision

The Capital Region Development Authority is seeking a qualified Engineering Consulting Firm to provide engineering services for the closure of the Former MIRA Waste to Energy Facility. The selected firm will be responsible for revising and implementing the closure plan.
