Exterminating and Integrated Pest Management Services

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) solicits offers from qualified vendors (alternatively “Proposer”, “Offeror”), of which vendor will be selected to provide comprehensive Exterminating and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services at designated locations for SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (“SUNY-DHSU”), as more fully described in Exhibit C.1 Scope of Services, Designated Location and Frequency of Services. A mandatory walk-through is required. Any vendor who intends to respond to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) must attend the mandatory walkthrough. CHANGE (Addendum No.2, dated June 19, 2026): The mandatory walkthrough is re-scheduled for: Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 10:00am. The meeting location is 445 Lenox Road, Brooklyn, NY 11203. All services shall be delivered in accordance with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles: inspection, identification, threshold determination, employment of two or more control measures (cultural, mechanical, biological, chemical), and effectiveness evaluation. Pesticide use shall be the least-toxic effective option, applied in accordance with FIFRA, EPA 40 CFR, OSHA, NYSDEC regulations, and the manufacturer's label. This RFP outlines the terms and conditions and all applicable information for submitting a proposal. Proposers should pay strict attention to the proposal submission date and time, and all other requirements set forth herein, so as to prevent disqualification due to failure to comply herewith.
