Jasper Day Program- HVAC Replacement

The Department of Disabilities and Special Needs seeks a qualified contractor to completely replace the HVAC system at the Jasper Day Program facility in Ridgeland, SC. The work includes providing and installing a new 3‑ton split‑system heat pump with heavy‑duty indoor and outdoor coils, associated air handling equipment, refrigerant piping, condensate management, and control systems, as well as necessary modifications to the existing ceiling, lighting, and metal ductwork, followed by full startup and testing. • Supply and install a 3‑ton split HVAC unit (indoor coil, outdoor heat pump, air handler). • Provide all required refrigerant lines, condensate pumps, sealed supply/return plenums, concrete pad, smart thermostat, and disconnects. • Remove and reinstall ACT ceiling, lighting, and metal ductwork to accommodate the new system; perform complete startup, commissioning, and operational testing.
