BID 26-04 2026 Church Street Water Main Improvements

The City of Evanston is seeking bids for the 2026 Church Street Water Main Improvements project. The project includes the installation of ductile iron water main pipe, combined and storm sewer pipe, public, full, and private lead water service pipe replacements, partial water service replacements, related appurtenances, concrete curb and sidewalk repairs, pavement patching, parkway restoration, private side restoration, large diameter valve replacement, and all materials, labor, equipment, and incidental work. • The project involves the installation of water main pipe ranging from 6-inch to 10-inch diameter in size. • The project involves the installation of combined and storm sewer pipe ranging from 8-inch to 24-inch diameter in size. • The project includes public, full, and private lead water service pipe replacements. • The project includes partial water service replacements to accommodate the work. • The project includes related appurtenances, concrete curb and sidewalk repairs, pavement patching, parkway restoration, private side restoration, large diameter valve replacement, and all materials, labor, equipment, and incidental work.
