Description
The East Hawaii Hilo District Office Improvements project involves the renovation of the district office. The project requires the furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and other necessary items to perform the renovation work detailed in the attached scope of work and plans. The project includes various aspects such as power washing building exteriors, closed-circuit television services, painting, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning work, among others.
• The project is subject to Section 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and requires compliance with prevailing salaries and wages promulgated by the State of Hawaii.
• A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM HST, and a notice of intention to bid is required by June 1, 2026.
• The bid offer form must be submitted as an attachment via HIePRO by June 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM HST.
• A performance bond and payment bond equal to 100% of the total base offer amount will be required if the total base offer amount exceeds $50,000.
