Scott's Addition BRT Station Streetscape Project

The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the Scott's Addition BRT Station Streetscape project. The project includes the construction of asphalt pavement, sidewalks, concrete curbs, ADA-compliant curb ramps, and crosswalks, as well as the installation of pavement markings, lighting, and furniture. The project also requires drainage improvements and all other items needed to complete the project. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating all traffic control and work-in-streets permits within the city before the start of construction. The project is expected to last 270 consecutive calendar days from the notice to proceed.
