Description
The City of New York, through its Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice, seeks a prime contractor (and any subcontractors) to create and operate a Community Justice Transitional Network (CJTN) that will provide comprehensive re‑entry services for justice‑impacted residents. The contract is organized into three mandatory components: (A) hybrid in‑custody discharge planning and transition services; (B) community‑based case management, behavioral health, employment, education, and supportive services; and (C) intensive support for individuals in an acute rear‑arrest pattern. The prime contractor must deliver the full scope directly or via subcontractors, maintain a dedicated leased office space, meet minimum service volume targets (≈ 750 participants per year), and report extensive monthly and quarterly performance data. The award will fund up to $84 million over a three‑and‑a‑half‑year term, with an anticipated start on 1/1/2027.
