Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of replacing a Well Pressure Tank at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and resources to perform the required services, including removal and disposal of the existing tank, installation of a new tank, and completion of pump testing and potable water sampling. Interested vendors must submit a capabilities statement that includes their organization name, address, UEI number, point of contact information, business size, socioeconomic status, and evidence of relevant experience.
• The replacement of the Well Pressure Tank must be done in compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• The contractor must provide all necessary resources, including labor, supervision, equipment, and materials.
