Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Ultra-Light Electromagnetic Array Handheld (ULEMA-H) Component Fabrication, Ruggedization, and Integration Prototype

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to award a sole source contract to Colorado State University for the development and refinement of the Ultra-Light Electromagnetic Array Handheld (ULEMA-H) sensor package. The contractor will provide proprietary technical expertise to ruggedize, document, and validate the ULEMA-H system. The scope of work includes end-user feedback and evaluation, ULEMAStudio post-processing software development, EMI system standard operating procedures development, ULEMA full handheld prototype fabrication, and QA/QC review of CRREL's ULEMA-H sensor package.
