Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Bliss, Texas is conducting a sources-sought inquiry to identify interested and capable firms that can provide Digital Learning Environment and Learning Management System (LMS) Support Services. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. The required services include learning management system support, academic technology support, and digital learning environment sustainment for the USANCOA and the SMC. The contractor shall provide all personnel, expertise, and services necessary to operate, maintain, and support the USANCOA and SMC’s digital learning platforms, instructional technologies, academic support systems, and associated technical functions required to enable resident and distributed learning for USANCOA and SMC.
• The contractor shall sustain a modern, reliable, and accessible digital learning environment that supports the education and development of noncommissioned officers and senior enlisted leaders.
• The contractor shall provide the personnel, expertise, and services necessary to maintain the Academy’s learning management capabilities, academic support systems, and associated instructional technologies.
• The contractor shall comply with applicable installation, facility, and area commander installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures.
• The contractor shall provide all information required for background checks to meet installation access requirements.
