Description
The County seeks an authorized reseller to supply new, unopened OEM toner and ink‑jet cartridges for multiple departments on a one‑year contract with up to four renewal options. All items must be shipped FOB destination, include delivery to the requesting department, and be provided in original manufacturer packaging. Vendors must be authorized resellers, offer a recycling program (or state “No”), and indicate willingness to dispatch personnel for printer‑leak clean‑up if needed. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and partial awards by line‑item are permissible.
• Supply a broad list of OEM cartridges (HP, Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, Lexmark, etc.) with estimated annual quantities per line‑item.
• Unit prices must include shipping and inside delivery; bidders calculate total price per line‑item (quantity × unit price).
• Required submissions include a detailed bid schedule (pages 4‑13), references, ethics affidavit, non‑collusion certification, and acknowledgment of the addendum.
• The bid must be sealed, marked with BL122‑26, and delivered by 2:50 PM (effective 3:00 PM EST) on 14 Sep 2026.
