Description
The City of Springfield is seeking qualified firms or persons to provide Car Park Pressure Washing/Cleaning Services. The contract will be for a one-year term with the option to renew up to four one-year terms. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the City's e-bidding service provider, Euna OpenBids (formerly DemandStar). The bid must include all required documents and information, and the Bidder must have the capability to fully perform the contract requirements.
• The Bidder must provide Car Park Pressure Washing/Cleaning Services as specified in the IFB.
• The Bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Missouri and the City of Springfield.
• The Bidder must provide a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications with their bid submittal.
• The Bidder must furnish supporting detail as may be required by the City to support charges or invoices.
• The Bidder must make available for audit purposes all records covering charges pertinent to the purchase.
