Description
The City of Columbus, City Auditor’s Office is seeking to purchase two Konica Minolta bizhub C361i Color MFPs. The units will be located at Columbus City Hall, and the vendor is required to provide inside delivery, installation, network connection, brief demonstration, and training prior to acceptance. The vendor must also remove all packing materials after delivery and installation.

4. Inner Finisher
5. Additional print cartridge Black
6. Additional print cartridge Yellow
7. Additional print cartridge Magenta
8. Additional print cartridge Cyan
9. Black and White maintenance
10. Color Maintenance
11. Staple Refill Cartridge
12. Option for 2/3 Hole Punch Kit
Accessory items shall meet OEM specifications. Fax capabilities are not needed.
The city is also offering a 3-year maintenance contract, which includes repair service and supplies, excluding paper, for the units. The contract will be billed monthly in arrears, and the awarded bidder must guarantee to meet the response requirements, including confirmation call, email, or other appropriate notice to a City Representative within sixty minutes of the initial request, and a technician to be on-site within 8 business hours of the initial request.
• The units must provide optimum quality of copy and performance.
• All maintenance and repair services must comply with best practice as defined by the units’ manufacturer.
• The vendor must supply one additional on-site training, if needed, during regular business hours.
