Description
The Prince George's County Office of Procurement Business Services Division is seeking a contractor to provide Fuel Storage Tank Site Inspection, Installation, Maintenance and Repair services. The contractor will be responsible for performing all activities required by the contract, including inspections, installations, maintenance, and repairs. The contract will be for a term of two years, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The contractor must be able to provide all services and meet all requirements of the solicitation.
• The contractor will be responsible for performing inspections, installations, maintenance, and repairs of fuel storage tanks.
• The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to its activities and obligations under the contract.
• The contractor will be paid on a firm-fixed price basis, with payments made within 30 days of satisfactory completion of services.
• The contractor will be required to submit invoices and supporting documentation to the County for payment.
