CONSTRUCTION MANAGER @ RISK PROPOSAL SUBMISSION RISK - PROPOSAL SUBMISSION - New Terry High School, New George Junior High School, New Navarro Middle School and Site Infrastructure Project

The Lamar CISD is soliciting proposals for a Construction Manager @ Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and construction management services for the New Terry High School, New George Junior High School, New Navarro Middle School, and Site Infrastructure Project. The project includes the construction of new schools and site infrastructure. The CMAR will be responsible for providing pre-construction services, including estimating, scheduling, and design phase improvements, as well as construction management services, including project management, site management, and quality control. The CMAR will also be responsible for managing the project budget, schedule, and scope of work. • The project has an estimated budget of $30,000,000.00 for GMP #1, $200,000,000.00 for GMP #2, $100,000,000.00 for GMP #3, and $50,000,000.00 for GMP #4. • The project has a substantial completion date of January 2028 for GMP #1, April 15, 2029 for GMP #2, March 15, 2029 for GMP #3, and May 15, 2029 for GMP #4. • The CMAR will be required to provide a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for the project, which will include all costs associated with the project, including labor, materials, equipment, and services. • The CMAR will be selected based on their experience, qualifications, and proposal, which will include their approach to the project, their team, and their pricing.
