The State of California’s Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division, is seeking a qualified contractor (or prime‑contractor with subcontractors) to provide comprehensive Legionella testing services across all state‑owned facilities. The work includes on‑site water sample collection (flush‑draw and serogroup), laboratory analysis using ISO 11731 methods, rapid reporting, remediation recommendations, and emergency response.
