The Alabama Massage Therapy Licensing Board is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide digital fingerprint collection services. The selected supplier will be responsible for providing high-quality digital fingerprint collection services for individuals seeking a massage therapy license by the Board. The supplier will work with individuals applying for licensure by the Board requiring a criminal history background investigation to secure payment of fees, digitally collect fingerprints, transmit them electronically, and receive or transmit electronic Criminal History Record Information regarding applicants for submission to the Board. The supplier must have experience in providing fingerprint services through a network of scanning sites and be able to provide references from public entities for which it currently provides similar services. • The supplier must be able to provide digital fingerprint collection services on an as-requested or as-needed basis. • The supplier must be able to work with individuals applying for licensure by the Board requiring a criminal history background investigation. • The supplier must be able to secure payment of fees, digitally collect fingerprints, transmit them electronically, and receive or transmit electronic Criminal History Record Information regarding applicants for submission to the Board. • The supplier must have experience in providing fingerprint services through a network of scanning sites. • The supplier must be able to provide references from public entities for which it currently provides similar services. • The supplier must be able to provide mobile scanning services to accommodate extraordinary circumstances. • The supplier must be able to provide activity tracking and transaction reports as required by the Board. • The supplier must be able to provide a means for electronic retrieval of data files to and from the Board.
