Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved EVO Toric Lenses and EVO Lenses

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West (MRCO-W) intends to award a sole source contract to STARR Surgical Company for the procurement of FDA-approved EVO Toric Lenses and EVO Lenses. The contract is valued at $1.6 million for a five-year period, with a base period and four one-year options. The lenses are required for refractive surgery and are made from a proprietary material called Collamer. The contract will be funded using Fiscal Year Defense Health Program (DHP) funds.
