Associated Medical Schools of New York (AMSNY) Membership- CUNY SOM

The CUNY School of Medicine (“CSOM”) is seeking to execute a sole source contract with the Associated Medical Schools of New York (“AMSNY”) for the purchase of its institutional membership. AMSNY is the only organization that provides membership exclusively to medical schools within the State of New York, and it does not authorize any resellers. As the premier association representing the 17 medical schools across New York State, AMSNY offers unique benefits that cannot be obtained from any alternative vendor. These benefits include representation on the AMSNY Board of Trustees, participation by CSOM faculty on all AMSNY committees, involvement in statewide collaborative initiatives such as the Statewide Diversity in Medicine Programs, and full access to AMSNY publications and reports. Maintaining this membership is essential for CSOM’s engagement with statewide medical education leadership and supports the College’s mission to deliver high‑quality medical education.
